Print and Frame Return Policy

 

If you are not happy with your print or frame product, please email us at support@beaconphotos.com. You can also text us at 617-329-9516. If possible, please send us a photo of the product. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation, either by sending you the product again or by refunding you the money. You may be required to share the original defected product prior to receiving a replacement.

 

Customer Question: If my print is fading a year or more after I received it, can I still request a new copy?
Beacon Response: Absolutely. We stand behind our products and we keep a digital file of every image ordered.

 

Customer Question: If the custom frame you did for me, is falling apart a few years after I ordered it, can I still request a return?
Beacon Response: Yes, as stated before, we stand behind our products and we create every frame to last for decades. We would first check to see if the damage is from some unusual circumstance, such as during a move or being dropped or tampered with. If so, we would not fix it for free. But if the problem is a result of our doing, we would be happy to fix it. Typical problems are prints or matboards falling out of place, or dry mounted prints bubbling, or prints and mats warping. You would need to drop off or ship the frame to us, and we would fix it for free.

 

Photography Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Due to the nature of photography, there are no refunds from photography services. We make our very best effort to do the best job we can during the scheduled time. Based on the written agreement and portfolio we present online, the customer knows what to expect from the shoot. When a shoot is booked, we usually retain a non-refundable deposit or the full amount. If a shoot needs to be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, there is no fee associated with that. If it needs to be canceled with less than 48 hours, unfortunately, there is no refund because we have already committed that time and it is unlikely to fill that spot.



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
